Team void
Just occurred to me I never did proper introduction posts for my characters! I don’t necessarily consider any of them to be my main, as I love alternating between them all…
… but if I *had to*, it would be Alani my Night Elf BM Hunter! ♥
I only made her a few months back when I returned to WoW after a long hiatus, and wanted to start afresh. I made her to complete the Kalimdor content/Loremaster, but have since also expanded her into Cataclysm content too!Fun fact about Alani: She’s named after the cloud serpent in Pandaria! Hence her title ‘Stormborn’ (and I’m a Daenerys fan, of course!)

Finally, there’s my brand new lady I made only last week…
Zero my Worgen Arms Warrior! ♥
Zero is only shiny and new (and I’m waiting for the next patch when they remove the need for purchasing mount riding upgrades before I level her hehe) but she’ll be my girl for completing Eastern Kingdoms content (and, later, possibly Northrend too..?)─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───
Launch races and classes for Baldur’s Gate 3.
Thank you so much for the love on that Moon Knight WIP, y’all convinced me to finish it 🥹
I’m still a tiny bit conflicted but I grasped something new out of it and it was a big step out of my comfort zone regardless, so here goes ~
Hobie 🎸
spider kidz :P
I LOVE THEM! LOOK AT HOW HE’S HOLDING HER HEAD AND HIP!
A lot of people say they found Hobie annoying at first when he was establishing hs punk credentials (“I don’t believe in teams or consistency/I’ll do it but not because you asked me to/it’s a metaphor for capitalism” etc.), but what they need to realize is that he’s doing a bit. All Spider-people (except Miguel) become comedians when they’re wearing the mask. Hobie happens to have a very dry sense of humor; so while he’s masked up his jokes are self-aware exaggerations of ‘the punk persona’. Not that he doesn’t sincerely hold those beliefs (it’s made clear he does when he helps sabotage Spider HQ’s unethical trans-dimension surveillance network), just that “I don’t believe in comedy! Just kidding!” is what you say when you know how most people perceive 'punks’ and enjoy fucking with them a little.
Reblogging things I like feels a lot more goblinesque than upvoting ever did. The upvotes felt like “hmm yes, I approve *golf claps*” while reblogging feels like furtively staring at something before shoving it in your mouth and scurrying back underneath the nearest piece of furniture.
Which isn’t to say that I don’t like it. But I definitely find myself going “maybe I shouldn’t reblog this because I’ve already reblogged a bunch of things today and I don’t want to look like I don’t have a life,” I say as I close the app and reopen it like one of those little automatic box toys with the switches.
